Douglas Ron Thompson practices in the areas of corporate, partnership, limited liability companies, real estate, wealth management  and taxation law .  He has more than 25 years experience in representing clients on a national and international basis.  Mr. Thompson has served as chair of the Tax Section of the State Bar of Georgia and as a partnership sub-committee member of the Tax Section of the American Bar Association.  Mr. Thompson has also served as an adjunct professor at the Georgia Institute of Technology.  Mr. Thompson authored several articles, for legal periodicals including:  The Tax Lawyer and Warren, Gorham & Lamont.
